CFE: Measurement, Models and Analysis

1. Proceedings. The plan had been that all papers submitted by 15 July 2005 will appear in a CD proceedings with an ISBN number, made available at the confernece. However, insufficient full papers have been submitted to make this a viable option. A proceedings for the conference will be considered at the meeting. 
2. Peer-reviewed Journal Publication.  Authors who would like their papers to appear in a special issue of FBMIS must submit a final manuscript by 19 Sept. 2005. A publication fee will be waived for presentted papers at the conference.  See FBMIS Journal Format
